SEMI SYNTHETIC CUTTING OIL

GP Lubricants Semi Synthetic is a metalworking coolant formulated for grinding, drilling, cutting, forming and various other heavy duty applications. It is suitable for machining a wide variety of materials and is applicable for both ferrous and non-ferrous based minerals including stainless steels.

SOLUBLE CUTTING FLUID

GP Lubricants Soluble Oil is a soluble oil concentrate. This product was designed to be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. It forms a milky white emulsion that does not readily decompose. Designed for use in metalworking applications such as all CNC milling, turning, drilling, tapping and grinding. GP Lubricants Soluble Oil is also suitable for light-duty stamping operations.

NEAT M/H CUTTING OIL

GP Lubricants Neat MH Cutting Oil is a multi-purpose neat cutting oil blended with an additive that provides a synergistic combination between chlorinated, sulfurized EP and esters. It is suitable for medium to heavy duty tapping and deep drilling processes. Formulated with highly refined mineral base stock, the combination of EP and lubricity additive provide a stable lubricating film required between the tool and metal surface.
